I tell stories and solve problems for a living.
Listening to what clients have in mind and working with them to achieve their vision has been very rewarding in my career.
I firmly believe that abstract ideas are meant to be stress-tested, and pushed to their limit, if we want to build something meaningful.
Where do I come
into play?
You have built real expertise over the years, with the network to match. However, if your vision only lives inside your company, the world is deprived of what you really have to offer.
I work out what can be made with what you have, and I make it. Then I check how the world reacted against what you wanted and ensure that our vision ends up with an accurate medium.
It's about
the judgement,
not the tool
Nevertheless, here is my tool stack
The spark
I was seven when I found the door to what would lead me to my journey. Long before I knew what design or code even meant, I was gifted a computer with video games installed.
Curious enough, I stumbled upon a file called "player.bmp" on GTA Vice City. I opened it in paint, scribbled something and didn't think much of it.
I can't describe my satisfaction when I realized that the edits were applied in the game!

Customization and modding
The more I played video games, the more I was exploring different ways to bend their worlds to my vision. Often, it was beyond what the game itself had to offer.
I was on a mission: looking for better tools, teaching myself whatever software I could find, and picking up just enough code to get by.
Before I picked up any jargon, being afraid of breaking something I loved made me think of best practices.
I later discovered that I was implementing "systems" and doing "backups".
Decades of taming the spark
I tried talking myself out of it, and maybe getting a stable job.
However, my curiosity, and passion for problem solving wouldn't stop hurling for me to pursue a creative journey. Believe me, not even obtaining a Master's Degree in Accounting helped.
There was this fire that drove me to take a gamble on myself and do what I always wanted to do.
I vowed to myself that I'd much rather die trying than reach my fifties with regrets, haunted by a "what if?".
The leap(s) of faith
My journey is the furthest from linear, and took the most unorthodox trajectories, from accounting and auditing to helping companies achieve their visions.
Not only did I survive, I thrived! The best part about this journey is that I really met super awesome and super talented friends along the way. I also talked myself into rooms that I only dreamed of.
One of the main questions that crossed my mind was “would the younger me be proud of how I’m currently steering my life?” If only he could see what I was able to achieve and the super cool people that I got to work with!
